So far, they are doing good by me. Order running boards and mud flaps for my 2024 Kia Telluride. It took them over 2 hours to put them on . Nice waiting area and coffee bar.Did find out that you have to use their parts department and no other place to get the running boards and mud flaps for this vehicle

Purchased my vehicle in Rockford and wish it would have been from Janesville. Janesville service department has been 5 stars all around. They accommodated me when I had to bring my vehicle in for an emergency fix…and got it done in a timely manner.
Where I purchased the vehicle is in Chicago and I didn't want to drive in so I gave Janesville Kia a shot and was very happy with everything.

I called Janesville Kia and they said not only could they get it in that day, but most likely it would be fixed that day as well. They were right. Brought in my Kia to get a recall serviced and from the moment I walked in, Edgar was the perfect gentleman. He opened the door, started the check in process and had the service dept begin my recall process. He was kind, thorough and professional. I even had the option to receive a ride and pick up. He is definitely the one I like to see at Kia when I have to take my car in. A previous time, he also helped me with a tire. The service dept was quick, efficient and kind.

Janesville Kia is much further from my home than another Kia dealer and service center. I go to Janesville Kia because of the level of professionalism and quality.
Edgar, the service writer is knowledgeable and is happy to provide answers to any questions you may have regarding your vehicle service. The technicians are also thorough in keeping my car taken care of.
Car repaired as requested, finished early, no complaints with that or the customer service aspect.

They were very helpful, and friendly! Were able to get my car in to fix 3 recall issues. We were there for <1 1/2 hours. I was happy to see that they inspected my car, topped off fluids, let me know I needed an engine filter ASAP, and that one of my tires was starting to wear! A+

Went in for muffler and a tire and I looked for my car in the service shop area and didn't see it and more than 2 hours later, I was informed that they had to take my car directly to a muffler shop because they didn't have the correct tool for it and wasn't informed this information until after they took my car there which I didn't think was right, but in the end they did give me a coupon for an oil change.
