Found a vehicle on Cars.com, want to buy at asking price, called multiple times won’t return my calls. Manager said to call him in email wanting to make my purchase experience great, called right away, said he was on vacation. Called again said I was on a list to call. Over a week now, nothing. The service team was amazing! Went in for what we thought was a transmission issue and turns out it was a gasket issue which resulted in a new engine covered under warranty. Made appointment ahead of time to have oil change and tire rotation stated that I would be waiting for car. Upon arrival was told it would be about 1 1/2 hours to get done. Thought that was a little long for the work to be done but not a real issue. 2 hours and 20 minutes, they came to waiting room to tell me car was ready. Everything was fine except for the time it took.

Very dishonest and took advantage of us with very misleading information provided to us. We were hesitant to go to Kia due to negative experiences in the past and many complaints from people we know, but we gave them one more shot. We regret this decision 100 percent!! We have purchased many vehicles and this is the most disappointing experience so far. The communication, integrity, and honestly is terrible!

Bought a brand new car They sneak in all kinds of charges on the paper work so beware. Told us they were filling the car with gas before we left. But did not and low fuel light came on before we got home. Changed our license plates over and only put one wrong screw on to attach them annd anlmost lost our plate . I’ve been using this dealership for serving my 2023 Kia Niro, and overall I’ve been pleased with their service and pricing. For my 15k maintenance I was scheduled for an oil change & tire rotation which was going to be about $130. When I arrived the service advisor told me the 15K maintenance included an alignment, which increased the cost to $275 (and that was with a service coupon). Dealer website had the car listed for lower online but not in person. We spent 4 hours there trying to get them to come down to the online price and they wouldn’t be transparent on the price of the car, just kept focusing on how much per month. They also insulted us when we tried to show them what the payment should be with an online payment calculator, since they weren’t being transparent on the price. We drove over an hour to get to this dealer but wouldn’t go back there or buy from again.

Took 1 1/2 hours starting at 7am oil chg/tire rotation. Then my check engine light was on, and they wouldn’t check it unless I paid $190. I bought my car new, bought the set of tires on it from you, and get oil changes there… and you can’t check out why the light is on? Very disappointing to say the least. .

Bought a used car here. The next day it started having issues (blower/defrost went out, my mechanic said the brakes were dangerously low - under 3mm, etc). Contacted them and got the "we sell our used cars as-is, go away" treatment. Now I have to spend thousands on repairs that they should have had ready to go. I'll never go back.

I drove my 2017 Kia Niro to Janesville Kia after scheduling an appointment to have them look at it. An issue was presenting that I blamed on the transmission. They could not get the car to act up as I described. They still suggested two "repairs" that I agreed to: the HCA and the OCV sensor. After they made those "repairs", they called me to say that they suspected there were other issues with the transmission that would be extremely expensive to even diagnose let alone fix. Were great about getting out for a test drive and working with another dealership to find the perfect match when they didn’t have what I wanted in stock. Was disappointed the day of picking up my car - very slow and unorganized during the buying process.

Sales person did not know anything about the cars. They sold us a pre-owned vehicle that had underlying issues. They never disclosed the issues and refused to stand by their vehicles. I would avoid buying anything from this dealership. I am in the process of filing with the BBB and the the DOT. The way its looking there will also be lawyers involved since they refuse to stand by their products.

We found out they KNOWINGLY sold us a 2020 Jeep Renegade that needs a proxy alignment of the electrical system, which is a potential safety issue, and wasnt disclosed at the time of sale, which is illegal in Wisconsin. We're filing a complaint with the Wisconsin Dept of Ag, Trade and consumer protection, and with the Wi dept of transportation for non disclosure of a safety issue next week.
