I decided to go to Kia of Janesville to see what they had to offer. Upon arriving I was greeted by Noah Lange, salesperson. We discussed what I was looking for. Noah was able to locate a 2026 Kia Carnival Prestige Hybrid in the correct color. The next day Noah personally went to Milwaukee to pick up the vehicle. We were able to complete the transaction that afternoon. My wife and I are very pleased with the new Carnival. Noah was an absolute pleasure to work with.

The dealership was ready for my car at the appointment time and they were finished at the time promised. It was warranty work so I assume it was taken care of.

We had a AWD check engine light issue, made the appointment but the first time they couldn't the service tech couldn't find the problem since the check engine light went off, was told to bring it anytime when the light comes back on, we did and they got at it right away, found the issue, ordered the part and we came back and it got fixed promptly, was very satisfied with the service and service writers.

Horrible dealership, within 24 hours of purchase the vehicle had transmission problems. They gave me extended warranty paperwork that was not as agreed upon. I had to fight to get the paperwork redone with correct information. Then 1 month later the DMV sends me notification the vehicle is not yet registered to me due to Kia not paying the full registration fees. Still waiting for this to be done. Please avoid this dealership!!!

dishonest advertising. I went there due to a price on autotrader and their own website. Once there they said they couldn't sell the car that low (as low as they had posted at that moment). The guy then tried to double charge me for the destination fee to make up the difference. Super shady dealership. Please do not buy a car here.

I was informed that the time to complete the service work on my 2424 Kia would be one and a half hours. But I was pleasantly surprised that my wait time turned out to be only 45 minutes from my initial arrival to my departure.

Traveled 2 hours to get here. Got there right as the doors were opening and Ismail walked us in. It was a pleasant, non-pressured experience. While my car was at the dealership for a recall, the staff called several times to suggest I bring my car in for the recall. Another staff member called to ask if I'd like to bring my car in for appraisal to trade in on a new one--while it was on their lot. To compound the communication issues, when I called weekly to check on my car, I was transferred and disconnected several times. The folks seem like they mean well, but the experience was frustrating.

When we took it in for service and told them we needed our calipers looked at. We were told that we need new brakes and rotors but had just had them replaced the day before taking it into Kia. While talking on the phone to the supervisor was told that our repair cost would be around $450.00 when we went to pick up the car instead of calling us and telling us the correct cost they just went ahead and did the repairs without getting an approval from us. Came infor routine oil and tire rotation. Head of maintence dept came out and had me comeinto garage to my car to show me that someting was wrong with my front tire. Had to have one of then replaced after issue at a local car wash that tore the left front tire up on the inside . Never throught that the front end at the time may have gone out of alignment. I was able to get in quickly, they did the repair efficiently and they weren't as pushy about additional repairs as they once were.. Only problem was a group of women buying a car came to sit in the waiting room & the person working on their financing came over, pulled up a chair & they discussed the financing in the waiting room. I didn't need to hear their business. That should have been done elsewhere.

I called this dealership 3 times to confirm the total price of the vehicle that I saw online. The car was listed for 37k. The people I talked to over the phone confirmed with me the price of the vehicle is exact. I drove 2 hours from Chicago to Wisconsin so I could buy this car. Beautiful showroom. Salesman didn’t explain the total amount financed. Didn’t tell me the price of the Auto Armor, did not show me any of the fees that are part of the purchase. My first time bringing my car here for a detail. My car looked a lot better when I got it back. Timing of the appointment was accurate. I’ve worked with Dave in the past when I bought my car, I would say he’s nice & easy to work with, however he’s a mumbler & can it can be kind of hard to understand what he’s talking about. Our sales consultant, Jesse Flores, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, He helped guide us through the process of choosing a vehicle that met our needs. He helped us get the model and interior we were looking for, and will be there with any questions we might have.

Make sure you take a photo of the paper they write down the numbers on. It will disappear when you question the numbers on the final paperwork when they don’t add up. Ask them to go over the numbers before you start signing. It’s the second to last page where you’ll find a tire & windshield package that was never discussed. Then the finance guy and the salesman will blame each other adding it in. They pressure you to do same day purchase.

Our initial experience with Janesville Kia was prompt and professional as we inquired about the vehicle and set up a time to look at it. The vehicle had no pictures on-line, so they dealership texted pictures to us, being careful to omit the areas with damage - $2,000.00 worth of damage.
