THE SERVICE CENTER IS AMAZING! THE FINANCING AND ACTUALLY BUYING PART IS TERRIBLE. Ryan through service dept is an amazing to work with. PPL WITH ANY DISABILITIES WATCH EVERYTHING THEY DO ON THE FINANCING SIDE THEY ARE VERY HIGH PRESSURE AND TRY TO PUSH EXTRAS THROUGH KIA THAT AREN'T REQUIRED AND MOST WONT EVEN UPHOLD THE DEAL AND IT TO MAKE COMMINSION IN THEIR POCKET. Josh Rowling was the best. Very attentive and explained the details of the car sale and car thoroughly. Rami Smith , the finance manager was able to find a way to get us a better interest rate which in turn lowered the monthly payment. I highly recommend these gentleman at KIA if you want to get a new vehicle.
